X-Horizon - a bearing with a special clutch that prevents the derailleur from hitting the frame and ensures maximum chain tension regardless of the selected gear ratio.

X-Actuation - guarantees smooth operation throughout the cassette range

Roller Bearing Clutch - Designed for X0 and X9 groups. TYPE 2 rear derailleur provides maximum stability, even through the most demanding terrain. The derailleur gives optimum chain tension while resisting forward movement, all with the greater than usual force with which the traveler is pulled.

CageLock The TYPE 2 rear derailleur allows you to push the traveler forward and lock it in place at the touch of a button. This creates slack, allowing the wheel to be removed and put in place, as well as easier chain installation.

X-Sync™ derailleur sprockets ensure minimal chain friction
