Payments
1. The prices of Goods are given in Polish Zloty and include all components, including VAT (with the rate specified), customs duties, and any other elements.
2. The customer has the option to make payment for the ordered goods:
- by bank transfer;
- using the PayU system (electronic transfer or payment with a Mastercard or Visa debit/credit card);
- using the PayPal system;
- using the Credit Agricol system;
- using the Santander system;
- in cash upon delivery (cash on delivery);
- in cash upon pickup at the Bikestacja S.C. headquarters.
3. For payments via the PayPal system, an additional fee of 3.99 PLN will be charged.
4. The credit card is charged at the time of placing the order.
5. In the case of choosing payment by bank transfer, the Seller will cancel the order if it is not paid within 7 days from the time it was placed.
6. Credit card and e-transfer transactions are processed through the PayU system.

8. When making international transfers, Bikestacja S.C. does not incur any fees for incoming transfers. The ordering party must select the option 'sender covers transfer costs' when giving the transfer order. In case of underpayment, even for small amounts, we will be forced to request a top-up to the full value of the order.
9. We offer the option of installment payments: Credit Agricole Installments, Santander Installments, PayU Installments
- fully available online
- installments from 100 PLN up to a maximum of 15,000 PLN for purchases
- no unnecessary formalities
- repayment with the option to spread it even over 48 months

BIKESTACJA S.C. ŁUKASZ RYŻ, RAFAŁ IWAN declares that, based on agreements with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A., they are authorized to perform legal acts related to the conclusion/change of credit agreements for the purchase of goods and services.
