Delivery

1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Customer during the Order placement.

2. The Seller delivers the ordered goods within Poland and abroad. The prices for international shipments are dynamically calculated on the product page, by clicking on the "delivery costs" tab, then selecting the delivery country and clicking the "get a quote" button.

3. Delivery within Poland is carried out through the following delivery methods and their respective costs:

• UPS courier company - the cost of insured shipment is 19.00 PLN gross for prepayment, for cash on delivery, an additional fee of 2 PLN gross will be charged;
• DPD courier company - the cost of insured shipment is 14.00 PLN gross for prepayment, for cash on delivery, an additional fee of 2 PLN gross will be charged;
• GLS courier company - the cost of insured shipment is 15.00 PLN gross for prepayment, for cash on delivery, an additional fee of 1 PLN gross will be charged;
• InPost Parcel Lockers - the cost of the shipment is 15.00 PLN gross for prepayment, for cash on delivery, an additional fee of 1.8% of the order value, but not less than 3.50 PLN gross will be charged;
• InPost Registered Letter - the cost of the shipment is 7.99 PLN gross for prepayment, for cash on delivery, an additional fee of 2 PLN gross will be charged;
• Personal pickup - free of charge.

4. When choosing the option of personal pickup, the ordered goods can be picked up at our store: BIKESTACJA S.C. ŁUKASZ RYŻ, RAFAŁ IWAN, located at 8 Garncarska Street, 59-700 Bolesławiec, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00 (by prior arrangement), excluding public holidays. Payment for the ordered goods can be made in cash when picking up the goods in the store.

5. The order fulfillment time, i.e., the time for shipping the goods to the buyer, ranges from 3 to 9 business days. If an order can be fulfilled in less time than the above, you will see the "available product" information on the product page, and the order fulfillment time for such products ranges from 1 to 9 days. If the order is placed on a day preceding a non-working day or on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday, holidays), the order fulfillment time is extended by the number of non-working days. If the order is placed after 12:00, the shipping time is extended by 12 hours.

6. The delivery time, from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier until it is delivered to the Customer, is as follows:

• for UPS, DPD, GLS, and InPost courier companies - a maximum delivery time of 24-48 hours;

7. Customers can access this Regulation at any time through the link provided on the main page of the www.bikestacja.pl website and download and print it. The recording, securing, and sharing of order and General Terms and Conditions (sales regulations) data take place via email. Previous orders can be viewed within your account after logging in.

Prices and Payment Methods

1. Prices of Goods are quoted in Polish Zloty and include all components, including VAT (with the tax rate specified), customs duties, and any other elements.

2. The Customer has the option to make payment for the ordered goods:

• bank transfer;
• payment via the PayU system (electronic transfer or payment with Mastercard or Visa credit card);
• payment via the PayPal system;
• payment via the Credit Agricole system;
• payment via the Santander system;
• cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of the shipment);
• cash on pickup at the Bikestacja S.C. office.

3. For payments made through the PayPal system, an additional fee of 4 PLN will be charged.

4. Credit card payments are charged at the time the order is placed.

5. In the case of choosing bank transfer payment, the Seller will cancel the order if it is not paid within 7 days from the order placement date. 

6. We offer the option of installment payments: Credit Agricole Installments, Santander Installments, PayU Installments.

• no unnecessary formalities
• repayment with the option to spread it even over 48 months

You can check the installment amount for the selected product or in the shopping cart after completing your purchases.

BIKESTACJA S.C. ŁUKASZ RYŻ, RAFAŁ IWAN declares that, based on agreements with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A., they are authorized to perform legal acts related to the conclusion/change of credit agreements for the purchase of goods and services.

Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires the goods. The right of withdrawal from the agreement does not apply to:

• contracts for goods that are delivered in sealed packaging and, once opened, cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery;
• contracts for goods that are not pre-fabricated and are produced according to the consumer's specifications or are intended to meet their individualized needs;
• contracts for goods that, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
• contracts where the consumer has expressly requested that the business come to them for urgent repairs or maintenance. If the business also provides additional services that the consumer did not request, or supplies goods other than spare parts necessary for the repair or maintenance, the right of withdrawal from the contract applies to the additional services or goods;

To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform us (BIKESTACJA S.C. ŁUKASZ RYŻ, RAFAŁ IWAN, Garncarska 8, 59-700 Bolesławiec, sklep@bikestacja.pl, Telephone: +48.757322093) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal from the contract is only applicable to a Customer who is a Consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Please send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The extent of such liability is determined based on a comparison between the value of the new item and the value of the returned item, calculated in accordance with the extent of use.

Please note that due to the size and weight of the goods, returning them may incur higher costs. If you wish to use courier services, it may be necessary to ship the package on a pallet, which is more expensive than sending it by regular mail.
