This revised version makes it easier than ever to enjoy the benefits of a tubeless system. Combined with Yksion Elite UST tubeless tires, initial installation, tire replacement and maintenance are particularly easy. Without a hose, there is less internal friction, which further reduces rolling resistance, thus rolling even faster on any surface. Tire pressure can now be further reduced for smooth comfort and greater control on rough roads - without increased risk of punctures. Puncture protection is also better in other respects, so you can approach further trips with 100% confidence.
Mavic's patented front rim holes create a stronger connection between the spokes and the rim. Isopulse lacing increases stability and lateral stiffness under heavy loads, such as during sprints or steep climbs. Patented ISM 4D technology eliminates excess material from the rim, but leaves the area around the rim holes, where the load is greatest, untouched.
Rolls faster and smoother - with less risk of failure
UST Road Tubeless technology provides lower rolling resistance and greater speed by eliminating friction between the tire and tube. UST Road Tubeless technology allows you to ride with lower tire pressure for a smoother ride and less risk of punctures.
