The SRAM HS2 brake rotor is designed for demanding mountain bike applications. Its refined braking surface profile improves contact with the brake pads, delivering greater efficiency and more predictable braking performance when riding in challenging terrain.
The increased 2 mm rotor thickness improves durability and thermal stability. Recessed spokes with a heat-dissipating coating help prevent the braking system from overheating, while the optimised construction reduces braking noise. Compared with standard SRAM rotors, the HS2 delivers up to 7% more braking power.
