The Sram XX Eagle Transmission (T-Type) cassette is one of the key reasons why the Eagle drivetrain offers the best shifting performance under load. It is the lightest Eagle cassette ever, and the most precise and durable cassette from Sram. The gear set is made of hardened tool steel in a distinctive X-Dome design, and the 38- and 44-tooth sprockets are made of stamped steel, combined with a lighter twelfth sprocket made of aluminum. The XX Eagle Transmission derailleur and cassette are designed as integrated and interdependent drivetrain components that work directly together to guarantee a perfect fit on any bike. With a huge gear range of 520%, the 52-tooth sprocket is paired with an improved gear ratio using 44- and 38-tooth sprockets in the lower range (compared to the 10-52 Eagle drive cassette). The cassette comes with clearly marked Setup Cog sprockets, making installation simple and reliable.
