With E-Tube, you can quickly update the firmware using a smartphone, tablet or computer, and this is possible via both cable and Bluetooth.

SLR-EV

SLR-EV technology significantly increases braking power and control. The clamp design incorporates a double symmetrical joint. A short arm with two bearings and a roller increases the lever ratio and reduces friction at the pivot point, which improves modulation.

Shimano SEIS Intelligent Electronic System

SEIS is a push-button-based electronic indexing and shifting system, which requires no force. The technology reduces the impact of negative factors such as contaminated armor and pulling cables. All of this improves the quality of the drivetrain's performance and significantly increases the efficiency of gear changes. SEIS was modeled after the proven mechanical SIS system, and the buttons work similarly to the Dual Control lever.
