The Alivio 4000 is a new iteration of the completely rebuilt popular Alivio group, positioned between Deore and Acera and Altus. Its position has shifted slightly in a more high-performance direction. Rejuvenated and with innovations introduced, it is divided into two parts covering trekking bike accessories and the other for MTB.
An attractive-looking rear derailleur, looking closer to its "older brothers" such as SLX or XTR. It uses the Shadow technology of reducing the thickness of its profile as much as possible, which minimizes the risk of the derailleur body hitting obstacles while riding.
