Shimano Ultegra FC R8000 road crank

The new Shimano Ultegra R8000 road group offers improved performance and handling characteristics compared to its predecessor, the 6800 group, mainly due to the use of technologies that until now were reserved exclusively for the top Shimano Dura Ace group. We're talking about improved disc brakes, more ergonomic handlebars, Synchro Shift technology, or a more aerodynamic front derailleur. Designed for racing, training and high-performance riding. The new Ultegra group rises to any challenge. And all this at a more affordable price compared to the top-of-the-line Dura Ace group.

The new design of the four-spoke crankset with asymmetrical spider arrangement is reminiscent of the Dura-Ace 9100 group.The arms with Hollowtech II technology are now stiffer and two grams lighter than the previous generation (674g, 50-34t).The largest sprocket of the new crankset is made with Shimano Hollowglide technology, which has resulted in additional stiffness and weight reduction of the entire drivetrain. Available combinations: 53-39t, 52-36t, 50-34t and cross-country 46-36t.
