Optimal ergonomics thanks to the correct positioning of Look KeO blocks.

The correct positioning of the blocks in your shoes ensures that your feet move in the correct plane relative to the pedals. This puts your energy to optimal use, increases your comfort and long-term satisfaction with the Look KeO system. The benefits of properly aligning the blocks in your shoes is something you'll notice right away.

The Ergon TP1 Pedal Cleat Tool is a template that allows for extremely precise alignment of the Look KeO blocks in your shoes. Now symmetrical alignment of the blocks in both shoes has become child's play. Accurate alignment is possible thanks to the grid applied to the surface of the template. With the Ergon TP1 tool, you can significantly speed up the installation of blocks in bike service, where, after all, time and efficiency count.

The kit also includes a manual. The manual is an essential part of the kit, but keep in mind that it is only available in ENGLISH, GERMAN and FRENCH - a translation into POLISH is not expected at this time. The manual explains interesting and relevant issues in biomechanics and ergonomics. At each stage you can find "expert advice" to help maximize the use of human muscle energy for pedaling, proper positioning of legs and feet, etc.
