Consistency of pressure. A Schwalbe inner tube holds air much longer. The quality of the ingredients and the purity of the rubber compound determine the quality of the inner tube. Before vulcanization, each Schwalbe inner tube is put into a mold and inflated. Only this method of manufacturing ensures even wall thickness and high airtightness for a long time.
Reliability. Consistent quality control to ensure the highest possible safety in use: each inner tube is inflated and stored under pressure at the factory for 24 hours to test the consistency of the pressure.
Multi-size inner tube system. The high flexibility and quality allows the inner tube to fit a very wide range of tire sizes. For example, the No. 17 inner tube fits both a 28mm wide tire and a 47mm wide tire. Only an inner tube of exceptionally high quality and reliability meets these requirements.
