Choose a resistance curve and start training. Match the type of workout to the capabilities of the SuperMagneto Pro trainer. There are four types of resistance: easy, road, interval, mountain.

EASY SETTING - warm-up before a harder workout
ROAD SETTING - daily riding, volume building
INTERVAL SETTING - more intense efforts
MOUNTAIN SETTING - highest intensity efforts

Each trainer setting moves four magnets by centrifugal force and works these magnets on a different diameter of the flywheel circumference. The further away the magnets are from the center, the greater the resistance. The springs of the magnets help to achieve the desired resistance.
The flywheel is designed so that there is more material on the outside of the wheel. The weight and size of the flywheel contributes to the feeling of a smooth ride, just like when riding on the road. The precisely balanced flywheel enhances the feeling of a smooth ride.
