Polar EnergyPointer
EnergyPointer is a simple function of indicating whether the session is the condition improved or burns fat. EnergyPointer indicates the limit between these two effects of training, so when your heart rate is below the limit - increase your fat burning, but if these values are above the limit - increase your aerobic capacity.
Polar OwnCal ® - calorie expenditure
This function calculates the number of Polar OwnCal calories burned during a workout. So you can see the number of calories burned during one or more training.
Polar OwnCode ® (5kHz) - coded transmission
Coded transmitter automatically encrypts and transmits the pulse to the computer record of training. The computer receives a signal from your transmitter only. Encoding prevents receiving interference from other computers training.
