I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Regulations sets out the rules for making purchases by a buyer in a shop run by the seller.
2. Seller is BIKESTACJA SC Lukasz Ryz, Rafal Iwan, which operates under the domain BIKESTACJA.PL and is based in Boleslawiec, Street. Dolne Mlyny 78.
3. Buyer may only be an adult person or entrepreneur established as permissible by law.
II. SUBMISSION OF CONTRACT
1. To submit the contract and buy products the buyer creates an account by filling out the form at the website www.bikestacja.pl and logs into the system.
2. Seller reserves that in the case when the customer data on the form is incomplete or the seller has doubts about it's veracity, the contract will not be realized.
3. Valid e-mail application and the purchase is confirmed by the seller by sending a designated e-mail acknowledgment of contract.
4. If a buyer wants to cancel the contract he must contact the vendor representative at telephone number 75-7322093, or e-mail address: sklep@bikestacja.pl
5. Seller reserves that it is not possible to cancel the contract if the merchandise has already been sent to the buyer.
6. In case of absence of goods in retailer's warehouse, or a substantial change in the price the seller will contact the buyer to individually set a deadline of the contract or offer other product available in the shop.
7. All figures on www.bikestacja.pl prices are gross prices and include VAT.
8. Prices are binding at the time of ordering.
9. Seller reserves the right to change prices of products in the domain bikestacja.pl, place and remove promotional offers.
10. Buyers can place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
III. PRICE ALERT.
1. The buyer may declare that, in another shop he found the same product cheaper. While placing your order on the website seller compensates the current lowest price in the market and the discount for each application. The buyer receives an additional discount of 1 PLN.
2. Seller reserves that in the event of a price below the purchase price, he may withdraw from the price alert offer.
3. 1 PLN for each application are added together, however, once no more than 50 entries.
4. Applications must include a link to the item with a lower price.
5. Each notification of a buyer reduces his behalf by another 1 PLN.
IV. SHIPPING, COSTS AND TIME FOR COMPLETION, PAYMENT
1. Any order made by the seller is sent via UPS.
2. The seller sends the goods purchased for the payment on delivery of goods or the payment by the buyer's prepayment to the seller's bank account.
3. The cost of insured shipment, weighing 20 kg is 16 PLN for prepayment, or 20 PLN for payment on delivery.
4. Shipment weight from 20 kg to 50 kg costs 39 PLN for pre, or 44 PLN for payment on delivery.
5. The seller takes full responsibility for shipping by UPS implemented.
6. Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.
7. The delivery time is up to 3 days. If the contract was made prior to the day off from work or on holiday (Saturday, Sunday, holidays), the time is longer by a number of days of public holidays. If the order was made after 15.00, shipping time is longer by about 12 hours.
8. Foreign shipments are delivered in 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Seller sends a shipment to European Union countries such as Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, England, Finland, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden, Italy, Greece, Ireland, Portugal. International equipment is sent up to weight of 20 kg and valued above 100 PLN. With foreign shipments it is not possible to pay the courier upon receipt.
9. Seller provides a personal collection of goods at its premises from Monday to Friday: 9.00 - 17.00 and Saturday: 9.00 - 14.00 (by prior arrangement).
10. The seller on the buyer's request sends the goods with Polish Post, the shipping cost is at 15 PLN on prepayment and 19 PLN cash on delivery (up to 5 kg parcel, priority). In the event of loss of the goods at the post office, the package is insured by the seller only to the amount of 100 PLN.
11. Seller is not responsible for late delivery due to objective reasons for which he is not at fault.
12. Seller is not liable for delays in the delivery of purchased goods resulting from the fault of courier companies.
13. The choice of delivery entity should be chosen by the buyer.
14. The buyer has the right to choose payment method.
15. In the absence of a buyer, the courier leaves advice with information when and where to pick up the package. Advised delivery is made free of charge. Any next attempt to serve the package is paid. These costs shall be borne by the buyer. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to the store seller. The re-delivery of goods will be possible after payment of costs arising from the refund.
V. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
1. Shipping costs are (for EU countries): 15€ up to 5kg, 20€ up to
10kg, 30€ up to 20kg, 40€ up to 32kg
2. All other European countries: post delivery 150PLN up to 10kg
VI. COMPLAINTS
1. The condition for consignment in the complaint if the packaging bears the signs of damage or attempts of opening is done in the presence of a courier, or representative of the mail protocol description of damage and the refusal to accept the goods. In this case, the buyer is obliged to immediately notify the seller of the situation. Damaged or defective goods factory are replaced with new ones, subject to notification of damage within 30 working days from the date of delivery.
2. Cost of sending the goods free from defects is covered by the seller.
3. The condition for investigating the complaint by the seller is attached to the complaint a fiscal receipt.
4. In the case of an unjustified complaint, or damage by the fault of the user, all costs are borne by the buyer.
5. Any disputes arising in the course of the complaint procedure the parties agree first to settle through negotiations.

2. For international money transfers Bikestacja does not assume any fee for incoming transfers. The customer must select following option, when disposing a money transfer: "transfer expenses are paid by sender". In case of any under payment of even small amounts we will be forced to ask the customer to fulfil the remaining payment.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Store customer data will be used only to fulfill orders and conduct sales statistics. It will be stored in a manner protecting from access to third parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of personal data.
2. Shop is not liable for purchases made by third parties using customer ID and password.
3. To be eligible under the guarantee, the seller provides the buyer to use the internal forms of guarantees:
4. We reserve the right to cancel the order without cause.
5. The buyer has a right to return the ordered goods without giving reasons within 10 days.
6. Any doubts arising from the application of the Rules the parties undertake to resolve amicably. If they run out of amicable ways and the need for legal proceedings, the competent court will be the official residence of the defendant.
7. In matters not covered in the present rules shall apply the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.
